There is no additional travel fee within our service area.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home. Just let us know how our team can get in, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you prefer to be there, that’s perfectly fine too.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment, so you don’t need to prepare anything before we arrive.

Why isn’t there an exact online price for Deep Cleaning?
Every home is different, and deep cleaning depends on the condition of the space and the amount of work required. That’s why the exact price is provided after an in-person visit, once we have assessed the space.
Can I change what’s included in my cleaning?
Yes. We take your preferences into account, and you can add extra services such as basement cleaning, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets, window cleaning, or additional areas upon request.
How do you schedule the cleaning date and time?
Once the details are confirmed, we’ll text you to confirm the date and time. Our hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Just let us know about your pets when you request an estimate so our team can plan accordingly.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you notice a missed area after your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll review the issue and, if necessary, make it right.
When do I pay for the cleaning?
Payment is due once the cleaning is complete. We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
